One-To-One Yoga

Private Yoga sessions
Are you super busy at work and struggling to get to a pregnancy yoga class?  Or maybe you already have a young child at home and don’t have any childcare? Not to worry - I offer one-to-one sessions in the comfort and convenience of your own home. 
Also if you can’t make one of the birth preparation workshop dates, simply get in touch as they can all be offered as private or small group sessions. This also applies to mummy and baby yoga.  Maybe form a group with friends from your NCT?

Yoga Therapy

I have also been qualified as a yoga therapist since 2009 and offer tailored one to one yoga therapy sessions for those with health challenges, medical conditions and injuries. I can help develop a specific, bespoke yoga practice to support health and healing. 
I have a particular interest and experience in yoga for fertility, anxiety, stress, women’s health, pregnancy & postnatal recovery.
