Located on a hilltop overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern Goa, Harmonic Healing Centre offers bay views and the shade of ancient banyan trees in a peaceful setting entirely conducive to a deep and insightful yoga practice.
The peace, beauty and idyllic setting of Harmonic provides a wonderful place to both relax and learn. Whilst nearby Palolem beach has all the liveliness of an established holiday resort.
Patnem is an up and coming destination and is popular with many of the people looking for something a bit quieter than Palolem. Holding its natural beauty, the beach has a number of good quality beach huts and is free from any multi-storey hotel developments.
There are quality restaurants with international menus at reasonable prices throughout the area.
South Goa has a surprisingly different character from the north, with generally less tourist development and a more laid-back feel. Wander away from the beach and you find lush paddy fields, beautiful jungle walks and much natural beauty. As well as the beauty of Patnem, there are a few smaller beaches that you can visit, as well as dolphin trips, adventures to eco-farms or the famous Anjuna market and a little taste of Portugal in Margao.
During the day time between classes, there’s the opportunity for massage and Ayurvedic treatments with recommended therapists, beach walks and local village life to explore as well as plenty of beach cafes and restaurants to relax in and the beach to chill out and sun bathe!

December 29 is arrival day. There will be a morning off on new year’s day and also an optional afternoon off later in the week for an excursion. January 5 is departure day.
Includes: accommodation, yoga, daily buffet breakfasts and 3 evening meals, of which one will be a new year’s eve banquet.
Not included: flights, travel insurance, transfers, meals other than as specified.
Flights: you will need to fly to Dabolim airport in Goa. If you need help researching flight prices on the internet please call Debbie in the Free Spirit office on 01273-564230 who can also tell you which flights other participants are travelling on. This is a peak time so the earlier you can book the better!
Transfers: Please inform us of your flight arrival times and we can arrange taxis on your behalf. A taxi is about £25 per taxi – we will try to team you with other participants arriving at a similar time to share the cost.
