The cost for pregnancy yoga of a course of 6 classes is £60 (£10 each). If you wish you can try a session first before you commit which will cost £12. The cost for mummy and baby yoga for a course of 6 classes is £60 (£10 each). You can try a class before you commit for £10. As long as you give me 24 hours notice that you cannot attend class I will carry your class over to the following week. You have 8 weeks to use up a course of 6 classes.
Wear loose comfortable, clothing and make sure you have enough layers to keep you warm during relaxation at the end. Yoga is done in bare feet so socks work better than tights. Although it is generally recommended that you do not eat for least a couple of hours before practicing yoga this recommendation is relaxed if you are pregnant. If you know you are prone to low blood sugar levels it is fine to have a light snack before coming to class. Bring a bottle of water with you.
A limited number of mats are available to use but if you have one of your own please can you bring it. If you would like to buy one I sell them for £10 or I can make suggestions as to where else you can get them from.
If you are attending the pregnancy class in Marlow and are driving please bring a pillow or 2 to make your relaxation more comfortable and enjoyable There is no need to bring any pillows Burnham.
If you are attending the mummy and baby class please bring a blanket to place your baby on and anything else which helps you both to be happy during the class. e.g. changing mat, change of clothes.
